• Return Condition: The product must be in unused, undamaged condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

4. Accidental Damage or Use

• No Returns on Accidental Damage: Products that have been damaged due to accidental use or misuse are not eligible for returns.

• Used Products: If a product has been used or installed (e.g., vehicles that have been driven or bikes that have been ridden), it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
